How Guiding Stars Can Support Your Health Goals

It’s been established that it’s too late to say Happy New Year. But hopefully it’s not too late to offer support for your health goals in 2024. Whether you’re aiming to start healthy habits or passing on New Year’s resolutions, Guiding Stars is here to help. Let’s discuss how.

Grocery Shopping

Finding nutritious options while shopping for groceries can get complicated, but we make it simple. We read the nutrition labels for every product in the grocery store so you don’t have to. Then we objectively measure each product using established nutrition science. If a product meets our transparent nutrition criteria, it earns a 1, 2, or 3 star rating for Good, Better, or Best nutrition. It’s that easy!

You don’t have to look far. Our star ratings are conveniently located on shelf tags at participating grocery stores. You can use them while shopping online for groceries at these stores, too. Find a participating store near you.

Cooking

We have over 1,200 Guiding Star-earning recipes. They have all been tested by our team to give you great nutrition and flavor. I’m a parent of 2 young children. Here are some of my family’s favorite recipes:
