Decadent and Nutritious

Not in the least. We tested this 2 Guiding Stars recipe during the summer months and were delighted to find how utterly delicious, smooth, chocolatey, sweet and satisfying it was. Not only is it packed with nutrition, the abundance of protein and healthy fat means that unlike traditional pudding, a small serving goes a long way to making you feel full and energized.

I know what you’re thinking, “chocolate and avocado?”  You’re going to have to trust us on this one. It’s a star-worthy recipe that your family will look forward to time and again.

Ingredients

  • ⅛ cup almond butter
  • 2 Tbsp. dark agave
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • small pinch sea salt
  • 1 medium avocado, seeded and peeled
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Pinch cinnamon or cayenne

Directions

  1. Throw all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Scoop mixture into bowls and enjoy!
