Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup flaxseed meal
- ½ cup canola oil
- ⅓ cup skim milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ cup silken tofu
- ⅓ cup cocoa
- ¾ cup date paste
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients in a food processor, puree all wet ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients thoroughly. Bake 25-30, until toothpick insert into center comes out with a fine crumb.
