Mango Shake

To turn a shake into a thick, creamy smoothie, chop the fruit and freeze solid before blending and skip the ice. As a time saver, you can also buy frozen mango chunks. One fresh, large mango yields approximately 2 cups of chopped fruit.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 1% milk
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 2 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients in blender or food processor until creamy. Serve immediately.
