Pina Colada Pudding Pops

Whipping up this frosty summertime treat takes no time at all! Prep them before you go to bed and they’ll be ready whenever you need a little cool, hydrating snack the next day.

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in 100% juice
  • 1 (10.6 oz.) coconut flavored nonfat yogurt
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. stevia

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until very smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze at least 6 hours.
