Mango Salsa

Sweet mango and spicy red onion pair perfectly in this fresh salsa. Garnish your favorite grilled fish with this zippy concoction, or dip into it with Guiding Stars-earning tortilla chips.


  • 2 mangoes, diced
  • ¾ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. minced ginger
  • ½ tsp. lime zest
  • ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
