Tea Berry Smoothie

Rooibos tea, or African Red Bush tea, is a caffeine-free source of energy and flavor. Combined with high-antioxidant fruits and protein-rich tofu, this smoothie will pick you up and keep you going.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup rooibos tea, chilled
  • 5 oz. silken tofu
  • 2 cups cherries, frozen
  • 1 cup grapes, frozen
  • ½ cup blueberries, frozen

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
