Think you don’t like Brussels sprouts? Think again. The savory Dijon sauce sparks with the sweet, cabbage-y notes to create a vegetable dish that no one in your family is likely to turn up their noses at. With the added fact that this dish is conveniently just tossed into a slow cooker, you’ve got not excuses to not give Brussels sprouts a try.

- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
