- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275ºF. Place tomatoes cut-side up on a shallow baking pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle garlic over tomatoes.
- Bake, uncovered, until soft (2 hours).
