Grilled Corn with Lime Butter

Ingredients

  • 1½ Tbsp. salted butter, melted
  • ¼ tsp. grated lime zest
  • 1½ Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 ears of corn

Directions

  1. Prepare grill.
  2. Combine butter, zest, juice, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place corn on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook 10 minutes, turning frequently. Remove from heat; brush corn with butter mixture.
