Sweet potatoes need nothing more than a little spice to bring out their inner pizzazz. Enjoy these as an easy snack or a side for your favorite entree.
Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. curry powder
- ¼ tsp. cumin
- ⅛ tsp. cloves
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and each half into 6 wedges. Toss with remaining ingredients and place on a baking sheet. Bake until very tender (20-25 minutes). Serve hot.
