  • 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 30 melba toast rounds
  • 6 oz. leftover turkey, shredded
  • 1 Avocado from Mexico, sliced
  • 3 strips bacon, crumbled
  • Olive oil, for drizzling (optional)


Whisk together mayo, chives and salt and pepper. Spread mixture on toast rounds and top
with shredded leftover roast turkey, sliced avocado and crumbled bacon. Drizzle with olive oil,
if desired.
