Spicy Lime Marinated Pork Chops

Spice up your pork night with this star-worthy recipe! The tangy citrus marinade tenderizes the meat and brings the flavors to life.

Tip: A ½ teaspoon of lime juice is equal to the zest from about half a lime.

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz.) boneless pork chops, fat trimmed
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ½ tsp. lime zest
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredient in a freezer bag and marinate in the refrigerator (1-12 hours).
  2. Set pork chops on a broiler pan lined with foil. Set over rack into the highest position and place broiler on high. Broil, flipping once, until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF  (4-5 minutes per side).
