Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz.) boneless pork chops, fat trimmed
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- Juice of ½ lime
- ½ tsp. lime zest
- ¼ tsp. salt
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredient in a freezer bag and marinate in the refrigerator (1-12 hours).
- Set pork chops on a broiler pan lined with foil. Set over rack into the highest position and place broiler on high. Broil, flipping once, until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF (4-5 minutes per side).
