Spiced Sweet Potato Wedges

Sweet potatoes need nothing more than a little spice to bring out their inner pizzazz. Enjoy these as an easy snack or a side for your favorite entree.

Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. curry powder
  • ¼ tsp. cumin
  • ⅛ tsp. cloves
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and each half into 6 wedges. Toss with remaining ingredients and place on a baking sheet. Bake until very tender (20-25 minutes). Serve hot.
