Whether you’re looking for an easy snack or simple appetizers for a gathering, these little bites will charm you. Perky lemon hummus plays against the sweet pickled peppers, a delightful combo that is balanced with the earthy, nutty flavors of arugula and walnut. The peppers are available at the olive bar of most grocery stores.

Ingredients

  • 12 sweet piquante peppers
  • ½ cup arugula
  • ½ cup Guiding Star-worthy Lemon Hummus
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Stuff each pepper with arugula and hummus. Top with chopped nuts and serve.
