Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 2 orange bell peppers, sliced
- 2 yellow bell peppers, sliced
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 lb. penne pasta

Optional Garnishes*:
- ⅛ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium. Sauté garlic until golden brown (30 seconds). Add bell peppers and wine. Cook covered, stirring occasionally, until tender (15-20 minutes).
- While peppers cook, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Toss with pepper mixture, salt, and sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes, if desired.
