Peaches and banana are wonderful together. Milk powder adds additional protein and creaminess. Vanilla finishes off the flavor balance for a sweet and satisfying treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • ½ cup nonfat dry milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 large ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place ingredients together in blender. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
