Peach Chicken

Sweet peaches make a wonderful partner for spicy garlic to change up your chicken routine, for the better. Serve this with sweet potatoes and your favorite green veggies.

Ingredients

  • 4 large boneless skinless chicken breast
  • ¾ cup fruit juice sweetened peach jam
  • 4 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a large zip top bag. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill chicken 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
