  • 1½ cups peas, defrosted if frozen
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. cumin
