Creamy Avocado Yogurt Dressing

Lime and garlic provide the most forward flavor notes in this easy fresh dressing that takes very little time to make.


  • ½ cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder


  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and process until smooth.
