California Coleslaw

A delicious variation on a traditional dish, this easy coleslaw uses Dijon and dill to bring pep to your crunchy cabbage side. Make ahead by a day or two for the best flavor.

Ingredients

  • Dressing:

    • ⅓ cup plain, low-fat yogurt
    • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    • ¼ tsp. pepper
    • ½ tsp. salt
    • ¼ tsp. dill

    Slaw:

    • 3 cups green cabbage, shredded
    • ¼ cup green onions, sliced
    • ½ cup carrots, shredded
    • ½ cup raisins

Directions

  1. Whisk together dressing ingredients
  2. Toss together slaw ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with dressing to coat.
