Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry vinegar or your favorite wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 6 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Stir together first 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Slowly whisk in oil until well blended; add salt and pepper.
