Ingredients
Marinade:
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- ¼ cup tequila
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- ¼ cup minced red pepper
Turkey:
- 1½ lbs. turkey breast filets
Directions
- Whisk together marinade ingredients. Place turkey in marinade and marinate in the refrigerator (2-12 hours).
- Heat grill to high. Grill the turkey until it reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF (3-4 minutes per side).
