Ingredients
Dressing:
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ¼ tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¾ cup lowfat plain greek yogurt
Salad:
- 2 cups cubed melon (such as cantaloupe or honeydew)
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1 pint strawberries, halved
Directions
- For the dressing, mix honey, lemon juice, ginger, vanilla and yogurt in small bowl until well blended.
- Place fruit in large serving bowl. Add dressing; toss gently to coat. Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
