- ½ cup rolled oats
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- Cinnamon to taste
Directions
- Pour the water, oats, and salt into a medium pot on the stovetop.
- Heat until it is boiling, then turn heat to low.
- Slowly stir in applesauce and cinnamon.
- Cook on low heat and continue to stir until desired texture is reached (5-7 minutes).
