Jeffrey is a Professor in the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University where he directs the Entrepreneurship Education Program. His research focuses on the role of antioxidant nutrients in promoting health and preventing disease as well as on novel methods for assessing dietary quality. Dr. Blumberg is dedicated to implementing sound nutrition science into public health policy and has served on committees with several leading agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, and the World Health Organization.
