Watermelon Slushie

Not all coconut waters are created equal! Be sure to look for brands that have no added sugar. You can add a little extra flavor in by picking varieties that are sweetened with a little fruit puree. The coconut flavor is not strongly noticeable in the finished product. If you love watermelon, you’ll love this drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 2 cups coconut water

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
