Strawberry-Avocado Salsa

The sweetness of strawberry and the creaminess of avocado make a unique topping that’s great as a topping for salad, tacos, rice bowls, or just chips.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup finely chopped avocado
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
