If you’re a firm believer in the magic of pumpkin and spice, you may need to give this simple breakfast a try. Sweet golden raisins are the trick to sweetening the mix of pumpkin and yogurt without filling your diet with nutritionally-empty sugars.   • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp. nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. ginger
  • ⅛ tsp. cloves
  • ⅛ tsp. allspice
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups plain, non-fat Greek yogurt


  1. Puree the raisins to a smooth paste in a blender.
  2. Add spices and pumpkin, puree until smooth.
  3. Fold pumpkin mix into yogurt until well combined.
