Creamy Avocado Dip

This easy recipe replies on yogurt and avocado to create a lusciously creamy dip that packs a big nutritional punch. Serve it with whole-grain tortilla chips or pita crisps.

Ingredients

  • 1 (5.3 oz.) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 avocado, smashed
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • ½ juice from 1 lime
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients and chill for 1 hour.
