Citrus Ginger Smoothie

Mid-winter is the perfect time for enjoying a variety of citruses, especially the highly seasonal blood orange. Make this refreshing smoothie while you can!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cara Cara orange, peeled
  • 2 blood oranges, peeled
  • 1 navel orange, peeled
  • 1 (1 in.) piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • ½ banana, peeled and frozen
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 8 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
