Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ⅓ cup applesauce
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax
- ½ tsp. apple pie spice mix
- ½ cup dried cherries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Using a fork, mash the bananas in a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well.
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for until springy to the touch (18-20 minutes).
