Strawberry-Spinach Salad with Champagne Dressing

This salad is as easy as it gets, and with fresh strawberries, you’ve got a sure-fire crowd pleaser that will be equally welcomed at a fresh summer cookout or elegant dinner party.

Tip: If you have a hard time finding champagne vinegar, any wine-based vinegar will work as a substitute.

Ingredients

  • Dressing:

    • 3 Tbsp. champagne white wine vinegar
    • 1 Tbsp. no-sugar-added strawberry spreadable fruit
    • 1 tsp. canola oil

    Salad:

    • 5 cups spinach
    • 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
    • ¼ cup sliced almonds

Directions

  1. Whisk together dressing ingredients. If making ahead, refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Toss together salad ingredients and served with dressing.
