Radish Corn Salad

If you’ve got fresh radishes in your garden, pair them with fresh corn for a sweet and slightly spicy simple salad. Serve with your favorite fresh fish.


  • 4 cups corn
  • 1 cup radishes, sliced thin
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
