Fall Fruit Salad

Fruit salad can be amazing any time of year, and the fall is no exception. Look for tart apples and very ripe pears for the best balance of flavor and texture. To make this into a meal, use it to top warm oatmeal and add a serving of walnuts.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 2 Bosc pears
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. white grape juice

Directions

  1. Core and slice the apples and pears and toss with lemon juice.
  2. Toss with remaining ingredients.
