- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ⅔ cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt

- ¼ tsp. salt
- 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup diced avocado
- ⅓ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 (15 oz.) can no-salt-added black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (8.75 oz.) can no-salt-added corn, rinsed and drained
- Puree dressing ingredients together using a food processor or blender.
