Blackberry Lemon Salad

Blackberries and lemons are the peak of fresh summer flavor. Paired with dill for that little je ne sais quoi, this salad will become an instant hit.

Ingredients

  • Dressing:

    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
    • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
    • ¼ tsp. salt
    • ½ tsp. pepper

    Salad:

    • 1 pint blackberries
    • 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
    • 4 cups packed mixed greens
    • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
    • 1 scallion, chopped

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Whisk together dressing ingredients. Toss gently with salad to combine and serve.
