Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked lentils
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. pepper

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Serve with fresh vegetables and crackers.
