Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz.) carton 100% egg whites
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. salt-free spice mix

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Distribute all ingredients evenly between muffin cups. Bake until firm (25-30 minutes).
