A healthy and refreshing way to start your day! Silken tofu makes an incredibly creamy base for a smoothie, and paired with sweet, ripe banana and crushed pineapple, you won’t find a more delicious treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 (10½ oz.) package silken tofu
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 cups unsweetened orange-pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, chilled

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
