  • 1 cup non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • ½ cup sliced bananas
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed


  1. Process all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until completely smooth.
