Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 3/4 cup Taste of Inspirations® Pico de Gallo salsa
  • 1/2 tsp. McCormick® Chipotle Chili Pepper (or more to taste)
  • 1 (15 oz) can Hannaford Black Beans
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 ripe Avocado from Mexico, peeled and diced

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except avocado.
  2. Gently mix in avocados. Adjust salt, lime juice and chipotle chili pepper to taste.
