Ingredients

  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into rice cooker and cook until done (30-40 minutes).
