Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn
  • 1 cup radishes, sliced thin
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Toss to mix well.
