Ingredients

  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • ¼ cup egg whites
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins

Directions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients except raisins until well combined. Gently stir in raisins.
  2. Lightly spray a microwave-safe mug with cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the mug and microwave until just cooked (60-90 seconds).
  3. Let cool slightly before serving (5 minutes).
