This smoothie is the morning go-to for our blog editor, who likes starting her day with good hydration, protein, and fiber. She likes a thinner smoothie because it’s easier to suck through a straw when she’s got to drink it on the road. If you prefer a thick smoothie, start with less water and thin to your preferred consistency.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 small, very ripe banana, frozen and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. oatmeal
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
