Take your hummus game from good to fantastic with this incredibly luscious blend of flavors. You’ll love it as a dip for veggies or as a sandwich spread, perfect to pair with crisp sprouts and ripe tomatoes.


  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. tahini
  • 1 (15 oz.) can no-salt-added garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 large lemons, zested and juiced
  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1½ cups water-packed artichoke hearts, drained well

Optional Garnishes*:

  • Chives, snipped


  1. Combine the garlic, tahini, garbanzo beans, salt and zest in a food processor and pulse until the beans are smooth.
  2. With the motor running, drizzle in the lemon juice and oil until smooth.
  3. Add the artichoke hearts and pulse until chunky. Garnish with chives if desired. Serve with cut veggies or whole grain pita bread.
