Refried beans and yogurt form the base for this lightly spicy layered dip. Enjoy with fresh cut veggies or tortilla chips that earn Guiding Stars.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. low-sodium taco seasoning
  • 1 (15.4 oz.) can low-sodium refried beans
  • 3 avocados, mashed
  • 16 oz. salsa
  • 3 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded light cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Mix yogurt with taco seasoning.
  2. Spread beans in 11″x 8″ baking dish. Top beans in the following order, spreading each layer evenly over the last: yogurt, avocados, salsa, lettuce, and cheese.
  3. Refrigerate to set (15 minutes).
