Ingredients

  • 1 red grapefruit
  • ½ cup edamame, cooked and chilled
  • ½ cup corn
  • ¼ Hass avocado

Directions

  1. Peel, seed, and cube grapefruit.
  2. Peel and cube avocado.
  3. Add the corn and edamame to the grapefruit and avocado and gently toss. Serve chilled.
